Wool Care Specialist - RIA (formerly ASCR) in cooperation with (WONZ) Wools of New
Zealand have developed a specialized training program so that individuals could
take their trade to the highest level of professionalism and education.  The Wool 
Care Specialist has been thoroughly trained and educated on how to  properly clean; 
spot clean and care for carpeting that is made of wool or a  blend of wool. The 
characteristics of wool differ greatly from that of nylon,  silk, linen, viscose 
and other synthetic fibers and the procedures to clean wool is also differs greatly. 
Individuals who are not trained to know and understand the difference can easily 
damage wool if not cleaned properly.
